Travel information

By airplane

Antwerp can be reached via the airports of Brussels, Charleroi, Rotterdam or Amsterdam. Flying to the airport of Antwerp is not recommended.

By bus

From Brussels Airport, take the Airport Express (by Decker VanRiet) to Rooseveltplaats in front of the opera (Duration: ±45 minutes | Ticket cost (adults): €10).

By train

Take the train from Brussels Airport to Antwerp Central Station (Station Antwerpen-Centraal) (Duration: ±35 minutes | Ticket cost (adults): €13.30). Train tickets can be obtained at the ticket offices, ticket dispensers, or online.

By taxi

Metered taxis are permanently available in front of the arrivals hall of Brussels airport. Licensed taxis can be recognized by the blue and yellow emblem. Travelers are advised to avoid unlicensed taxis (Duration: 35 minutes | cost: €100 - €130).
